What happens to my products if I downgrade?
Your products stay. If you have more than 10, existing QR codes keep working — you just cannot add new products until you're below the limit or upgrade again.
Is the compliance certificate accepted by EU authorities?
The certificate documents your allergen declarations and is designed to demonstrate good-faith compliance with EU FIC Regulation Article 44. EthniQR is not a regulatory body. Always consult your local authority for specific requirements.
Do customers need to download anything to scan QR codes?
No. The scan page works in any phone browser — no app needed.
